Registration + Abstract Submission

Registration for ISTS41 will open on 1st October 2022. Early bird registration that attracts a discounted fee, will close on 6th November 2022.

The ISTS41 Organising Committee will invite submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations from the opening of registration on 1st October 2022 to the closing of abstract submissions on 6th November 2022. Please note that you do not have to submit an abstract at the time of registering, this can be done via the same online portal at anytime prior to the abstract submission deadline (using the same login details you used when registering). Furthermore, you can also use the online portal to easily edit any abstract submitted prior to this deadline. For any questions, please contact our Registration Team.

* A Student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card can be uploaded as a PDF document at time of registration. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

** One single day may be selected only. If attending for more than a day, then the full registration rate must be selected.

Vendor Table

We are inviting companies, NGOs, universities, and governmental agencies to host a vendor table. If you would like to host a vendor table, then please sign up via the registration site (you have the option of adding a vendor table when registering as a participant). Vendor tables will be located in the Guacamayo Room of the Hilton Hotel which will be the hub of the general session. Attendees of ISTS41 will be able to navigate the Guacamayo Room anytime over the following days and hours:

  • 21st - 23rd March 2023 between 8:30am and 7:15pm
  • 24th March 2023 between 8:30am and 1:00pm

ISTS41 Inclusions

Full and Student/Colombian Communities registrations are entitled to the following:

    • Entry to all oral sessions
    • Entry to poster/exhibitors area
    • Delegate name badge
    • Delegate pack
    • Morning and Afternoon Tea
    • Attendance at all social functions with the exception of ticketed events (Welcome Social and Farewell Banquet)

Day registrations are entitled to the following:

    • Entry to sessions on the day registered
    • Entry to poster/exhibitors area on the day registered
    • Delegate name badge
    • Morning and Afternoon Tea on the day registered

Cancellation and Refund

Please complete this form in the event that you need to request a refund. Refunds can be issued for the full amount paid less 10% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 18th February 2023. Please note that registration costs and abstract submissions are non-transferable and membership costs for the International Sea Turtle Society are not refundable,
